This is the very first of my cactus Dreamscapes, inspired by the dry and colorful landscapes of the desert. It was so fun to paint that I didn't want to quit, which is actually more of a problem than it sounds. 

Thankfully I exercised self control and put the brush down- She's lovely in person and just radiates warmth.
